UVTAGG Meeting (Utah Valley Technology and Genealogy Group), Saturday, 10 Aug 2019, 9 am to noon, at the "Red Chapel" of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 4056 North Timpview Dr. (650 East), Provo, Utah 84604.

Main speaker -- DENNIS MELDRUM of FamilySearch on USING THE NEW DIGITAL LIBRARY TO LEARN MORE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY.   The new FamilySearch Digital Library is a collection of over 400,000 electronic books available onoline at FamilySearch for free. This collection contains books from the leading genealogy and family history collections in the US.  You will learn how to find names, stories, and photos of your ancestors and how to use the recently changed book viewer which significantly reduces the response time.  More information about Dennis Meldrum is at  https://www.linkedin.com/in/dennismeldrum/  .

Beginning with the Oct 2019 meeting the group will be changing to a 2-hour format from 10 am to noon in the same Red Chapel.  Watch for details.  Members of the group receive via email the monthly newsletter TAGGology, which contains much helpful information about family history and technology, and they have access to the more than 400 videos of past presentations and classes.
